ATM Safety and Security
A usage study
In a national study of consumers, one fourth of all survey respondents indicated that they had postponed or canceled an ATM transaction because of security concerns. Research indicates that half of active ATM users have concerns about safety and security issues. Over a third of non-active users list safety and security as reasons for not using ATMs.
