ATMsafe™ is a new and innovative enhancement program developed by Telmach Risk Management, Inc. (TRM). TRM is a privately held, Nevada Corporation formed In July 1997 to sell and market ATMsafe™ in the domestic US and international consumer markets.

ATMsafe™ is marketed on a worldwide basis through regional joint ventures. These joint venture entities are charged with the marketing and administration of the ATMsafe™ concept to financial institutions in the North American, Pan Asian, Latin American and European markets.The regional operating companies are located in key regional cities and give ATMsafe™ a unique perspective on local market conditions. Ownership of these regional entities are distributed between Telmach Risk Management, Inc. and key strategic partners. These partners have significant regional banking and insurance resources. ATMsafe™ has correspondent sales offices in numerous cities throughout the world.

ATMsafe™ is currently marketed in over twenty countries including the United States. The program was conceived and developed by Patrick S. Merkley, President and CEO of Telmach Risk Management, as well as various regional operating companies. Merkley has 20 years of experience in the banking and insurance industry. He held product management and divisional management positions in the retail insurance organizations of Crocker National Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Golden West Financial Corporation (World Savings). From 1987 to late 1997, he was Senior Vice President of The Sieber Companies. The Sieber Companies is a national brokerage firm specializing in the development and marketing of insurance products through financial institutions. In this capacity, Merkley worked with top national banks, savings and loans, mortgage companies, as well as numerous insurance companies to design, develop and implement product strategy.
